Story of how you should pursue your own happiness :>
Delightful and unexpected.
See pictures of how the set for 2D animation was built manually:
created by Edlyn Capulong from Sheridan College
"Dark Noir" - a great example of a crowdsourced animation.
Directed and written by Rafael Grampá a comic artist who teamed up with Red Knuckles animators and Facebook fans (they took part in creating a storyline)
We loved that combination of 3D with 2D, the noir-like mood and it’s storytelling. Also the making of is an absolute must-see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_Bp-2To1uA
"Buy Buy Baby" Gervais Merryweather
It’s the roaring twenties and things are looking great for Frederick Frinklesworth and the rest of the New York Stock Exchange…
Check this dynamic hand-drawn and chaotic chase after Baby Betty and her journey through her father’s business ];>

The Peach Kings - Mojo Thunder
So much awesomeness here!
A story about self-destruction told in a little bit of Sin-City style and done in gorgeous analogue, chalky and textural animation.
This is a brand new official video to the newest song from The Peach Kings “Mojo Thunder”, that we also discovered because of this animation. They’re really good, check them out, too!
The legendary Glen Keane, guy behind character animation in Disney (The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Tarzan, Tangled and more) did this new short premiered during the recent Google I/O conference. All animated and directed by himself.
It’s new but still very familiar, isn’t it? Anyway, it’s beautiful and we love traditional animation
